All tickets purchased are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable
The theatre operates with assigned seating. Guests must be seated in the seat location printed on their ticket

You will receive your ticket to download upon booking. However if there are any issues please visit the Box Office. A valid ID/Passport is needed to pick up the in-theatre tickets. All tickets must be picked up no later than one hour prior to show time.
