Take the 'sea-nic' route and join us on our charming 3.5-hour river and Rainforest cruise. This tour navigates the clear blue waterways of the Tweed River to the beautiful rainforest of Stotts Island aboard the. This unforgettable journey will immerse you in nature and ensure you leave behind the stresses of life and the daily grind.
With the skyline highlighted by an ancient volcano, Wollumbin, take in the ever-changing views of the Valley and River. The captain provides a commentary where guests learn about the region's history and world-class ecosystem that forms part of UNESCO World Heritage Gondwana Rainforest. Keep an eye out for dolphins as you cruise through small villages, sugar cane fields, and sub-tropical rainforest. The abundant birdlife of the region is showcased at Stott's Island as we feed the soaring birds of prey including eagles, kytes, and many others.
Enjoy a sumptuous morning tea and indulge in a Tweed charcuterie board for lunch, made from some of the finest produce from the Northern Rivers. Local smoked chicken and small goods, local cheese and prawns fresh form the local fleet of trawlers.
