Starting from being collected, you'll marvel at the green hills, luscious farmland, art galleries, golf courses and native wildlife as you make your way to three carefully selected vineyards nestled inland from Newcastle. Next, you'll learn about the creation of the wines from the vine to the glass and how they suit the ingredients of the menus designed.
You'll appreciate the art of perfectly matched wine and food at the region's most renowned wineries. Plus, your guide is not just any old guide – he is your cook as well and is a qualified chef so you'll increase your knowledge and make sure you ask any questions before the end of the experience.
