Join a kayak and snorkel tour through the mangroves around Lac Cai beach. With glass-bottom kayaks, you can experience the beauty of this incredible area in a unique way!
Start at Lac Cai beach and follow your guide as you paddle to the mangrove. Admire the breathtaking sceneries around you and look down through the glass bottom of your kayak. Paddle through the mangrove tunnels and spot various types of birds. While snorkeling one of the mangrove tunnels, you will be amazed by the different varieties of fish, coral and sponges.
The mangroves are a very important part of Bonaire and are internationally protected by the RAMSAR Treaty. It is considered as a nursery for many species of wildlife. Back on Lac Cai beach, you can enjoy a bit of fruit punch with a snack and your guide will show you a place to spot turtles. You can snorkel here on your own, if you wish.

- You are not allowed to swim or snorkel with fins in the Mangrove
- Please apply sunscreen and mosquito repellent before you start the tour, you are not allowed to bring this into the Mangrove area with you
- Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time
