You'll learn how these characters helped shape Vancouver into a city of gleaming hotels and opera houses that attracted notable figures such as Winston Churchill, Louis Armstrong, Marilyn Monroe, and King George VI.

- Your guide will be bringing you inside or undercover for many of the stops on the tour. Although this walk is not strenuous, please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk up to 2 km
- Tour end point is The Marine Building at 355 Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver
- There's an opportunity halfway round to use the bathroom
- Gratuities are kindly accepted. Your guide will be accepting cash and providing a contactless tipping option
