Have you ever flown in a hot air balloon over the amazing Luxor, the Nile River, and the green fields there? If not, then let us offer you such a unique experience in your life ever. Join this 2-day tour from Marsa Alam and discover the highlights of Luxor combined with a hot air balloon experience!

Day one: After an approximately five-hour drive, you head straight to the impressive Karnak Temple, followed by Luxor Temple with the Sphinx Avenue. Then it's time to rest your legs and tuck into a delicious set menu lunch followed by check-in at a 5-star hotel for overnight. In the evening, experience the sound and light show at Karnak temple, which is a 1½ hour Hollywood-style extravaganza that recounts ancient history.
Day two: check out in the early morning, crossing the Nile to meet your pilot, crew, and fellow passengers of the hot air balloon. Feel your excitement grows as the hot air balloon is inflated and you step into the basket. The Balloon rises so smooth you might not even know you left the ground. Fly over the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, plus the green fields next to local villages. Upon landing, your Egyptologist will be waiting for you to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the staggering Colossi of Memnon. Another Nile experience onboard a felucca made your day while sailing towards the hotel for a delicious set menu lunch and then, driving straight away back to Marsa Alam.

Not suitable for:

The balloon ride is unsuitable for anyone with injuries, who have had surgery, back/hip/knee problems, health concerns, walking difficulties, severe auditory problems or is/may be pregnant

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

A visit to three tombs is included in your Valley of the Kings entrance ticket, with the exception of Ramses VI and Tutankhamun's tombs, which require an additional fee, Tutankhamun's tomb is around 500 EGP for adults and 250 EGP for children under 12. The Tomb of Ramses VI entrance cost is approximately 180 EGP for adults and 90 EGP for children under the age of twelve. Payment is available only with a credit card

Know in advance:

For the balloon ride, the minimum age is 6 years old, and all children need to be accompanied by an adult. Families with children under 6 years may prefer the alternative experience called "Overnight tour to Luxor highlights from Marsa Alam"
The balloon trip is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to weather, you will be entitled to a partial refund
The tour duration time is simply a guideline and subject to change due to operational conditions or the hotel's location. The balloon flight duration is normally about 45 minutes, however, flight times can vary from 40 to 90 minutes depending on the temperature of the air
If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
The 6-people private group is open to a maximum of 15 participants
