- Louvre Abu Dhabi is closed on Monday
- Receive the entry ticket(s) in a separate email 24 hours before your travel date or within 60 minutes for the same day travel
- Louvre Abu Dhabi is open from Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 am - 06:30 pm and Friday to Sunday: 10:00 am - 08:30 pm
- The Qasr Al Hosn is open Saturday to Thursday: 09:00 am – 08:00 pm and Friday: 02:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- A valid photo ID matching the name listed in the booking should be provided to gain entry into Qasr Al Hosn
- Qasr Al Hosn may restrict items brought onsite, including food, beverages, cameras, video and audio recording equipment, seating, selfie sticks, and items considered unlawful, hazardous, dangerous, or potential weapons
- The bus route map and the Free Tourist Shuttle Bus schedule will be provided via email along with your admission tickets
- Collect SIM from the Etisalat shop at Abu Dhabi Airport upon arrival or city-wide stores
- An original passport and visa (if required) in the presence of passport holder are required for SIM activation
- One SIM per passport, for travelers 18+ years as per UAE Telecom Regulation
- SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
