- Entry ticket(s) sent via email 24 hours before travel or within 60 minutes for same-day trips
- Snow Abu Dhabi: Sun-Thu: 10:00 am- 10:00 pm, Fri-Sat: 10:00 am - 12:00 am
- No entry for children under 2; under 14 require adult supervision, and under 13 must wear helmets for safety.
- Louvre Abu Dhabi: Tue-Thu: 10:00 am - 06:30 pm, Fri-Sun: 10:00 am - 08:30 pm.
- Louvre Abu Dhabi is closed on Monday
- The Qasr Al Hosn is open Saturday to Thursday: 09:00 am – 08:00 pm and Friday: 02:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- A valid photo ID matching the name listed in the booking should be provided to gain entry into Qasr Al Hosn
- Attractions' timings are subject to change; check the official website for updates
- Free Tourist Shuttle Bus route map and schedule will be provided via email
- Free eSIM/SIM card with 10GB data valid for 24 hours, can be reloaded
- Collect SIM from Etisalat shop at Abu Dhabi Airport or city stores
- Original Passport and visa (if required) needed for SIM activation
- Only one SIM per passport; the traveler must be 18+ as per UAE Telecom Regulation
- You will receive a separate email with SIM collection voucher
- SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
