- The off-road drive isn't recommended for guests more than 6 months pregnant
Not allowed:
- Participants under the age of 5 can only join the safari in a private vehicle. Please contact the local tour operator directly to request a private tour option (contact details in the info voucher you'll receive after booking)
Know in advance:
- Residents are recommended to choose the nearest hotel from their address as the pickup point
- Pickup times will vary throughout the year based on sunset times. Please use the following schedule as a guideline when planning your day and preparing for pickup: October – February: 2-3pm; March – May: 2.30-3.30pm; June – September: 3-4pm
- Please note that the camel ride is short as it's after dark; for the safety of the camels and guests, these are short rides in a lit area near the camp
Remember to bring:
- A hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and light, comfortable clothes during summer
- Warmer clothing for desert safaris during winter
