During the visit, you will discover 2 wine estates of the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation:
- Château Tour Baladoz, with its authentic and traditional wine cellar of the appellation.
- Château La Croizille, looking to the future with its cellar at the forefront of modernity.
You will then enjoy a moment of relaxation on the terrace, with music, tapas and a large and varied wine tasting, representative of the Bordeaux region (Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Margaux, Cru Bourgeois, Bordeaux, Bordeaux supérieur,...). You would also discover what makes the potential of food/wine pairings stand out.
