Located in Boulogne in the heart of the Opal Coast Nausicaá is Europe’s largest aquarium, a unique place where young and old alike can marvel at the beauty of the marine world, learn all about environmental issues and, above all, learn to love and protect the ocean. With your family or friends, set sail for 4 and a half hours of total immersion in the depths of the ocean to discover its unique marine biodiversity! Experience the sheer beauty and immensity of the ocean through 3 immersive, educational, and fun tours, and discover how essential it is to preserve it for the future of mankind.
Since 1991, Nausicaá’s mission has been to raise the public’s awareness of the challenges of ocean preservation. Over 30 years, more than 20 million visitors, including 5.2 million schoolchildren, have been made aware of the beauty and fragility of the oceans. Nausicaá is also a player committed to initiatives to preserve and conserve endangered species. There are 20 European inter-aquarium conservation programmes enabling more than 2,000 births every year.
