Discover the Terrasses du Larzac on a full-day minibus tour from Montpellier.
Once arrived to your destination, you'll first be made to explore a unique cave. You'll then meet with winemakers passionate about their PDO appellation, who will introduce you to the history of their estate. After having enjoyed your meal in an idyllic setting beside a waterfall, you'll take a stroll in the heart of the medieval village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, where you'll be made to discover an eco-responsible local caviar farm.
Of course, you'll be given the opportunity to enjoy a tasting, as well as to find out how at the Château Castillonne an innovative technique is used to avoid killing the sturgeons.
