Finally, when you're ready to retrieve your bags, return to the same location within the operating hours. Show your identification or email once more, and your belongings will be promptly returned to you. This streamlined process ensures that your exploration of Paris is as effortless and enjoyable as possible.

- Pick up and drop off your bags anytime between the opening hours: 07:00 am - 8:00 pm
- You need to book a ticket for each piece of luggage. If you are 1 person and want to store 3 bags, click on 3 adults
- Show your email confirmation with the booking code at your drop-off location, or ask them to look up the booking under your full name. You will receive it instantly or within 10 minutes after you book the activity
