Immerse yourself in the centuries-old heritage, with a leisurely, relaxed stroll among the trulli, the small round stone houses with a conical roof found in the Apulia region. Enter the oldest trullo in town before you stop at Giuseppe's bakery to savor fresh focaccia. Visit the wonderful Belvedere Terrace and the neighborhoods of Aia Piccola and Rione Monti, admire the representative architecture of local homes before you reach the trullo-shaped church of Sant'Antonio. Near here, stop again to visit a local store, where you will have the chance to taste delicious, locally produced burrata cheese.
Finish your experience at a pretty ice cream parlor in a trullo and try a homemade ice cream.
