- Guests with mobility issues as the tour involves a fair amount of climbing and many stairs (there is no lift). A good level of fitness is required to participate
- People who suffer from claustrophobia, as the spaces to climb onto the terraces and the Dome are very narrow

- No bare shoulders or knees. A modest dress code is required when visiting the Cathedral

- Your ticket also includes complimentary access to the Great Museum of Duomo and Giotto’s Bell Tower and Baptistery, which you can use for 72 hours, in your own time after the tour

Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, it's strongly recommended that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour
- Please note that, under exceptional circumstances and because of religious festivities, access to the Duomo (Cathedral) might be restricted to visitors. In this case the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund
