The David was sculpted by a very young Michelangelo entirely from a single block of Carrara marble and it's 5.17 meters tall. The Accademia Gallery also houses many other masterpieces, both paintings and sculptures, which you will discover with your guide.
In the Uffizi Gallery, you'll see the most incredible artworks from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance and beyond. A collection of masterpieces unparalleled in the world, by artists such as Giotto, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Botticelli, and many more. Important: Starting from March 2025, the new meeting point will be at the Towns Of Italy Kiosk in Piazza della Repubblica (under the arches, facing the Apple Store on the left side).
