Prepare yourself for a virtual immersion into ancient Rome, nearly 2000 years ago when the Colosseum was at its peak of glory and fame. You'll have the opportunity to virtually traverse three distinct areas: the square, where you can admire the gilded bronze statue of Nero; inside the arena amidst the roar of fierce lions and battling gladiators; and through various corridors of the mysterious underground - typically hidden from tourists - where enslaved people prepare for shows and ravenous animals await their sudden release into the arena.

Once you've completed your virtual exploration, a member of staff will escort you to the entrance of the Colosseum to continue your historical journey at your own pace.
