- The ticket can be used for 1 day, from 9.00am to 6.30pm
- You will be required to show children's passport or ID card in order to benefit from the reductions
- Taped commentary is available onboard in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Japanese. Many more languages will be available downloading the free GLT app (Dutch, Arabic, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Indi)
- It is suggested to wear comfortable shoes. Also bring sunglasses and a sun hat during summer
- Pets, luggage or large bags and alcoholic drinks aren't allowed onboard
