Join your hosts, Debora and Fiamma in their stunning home at the top of Gianicolo Hill for a wonderful evening making delicious pasta, two sauces and tiramisu! You’ll start by making a traditional tiramisu, followed by pasta like tagliatelle and cavatelli, all from scratch!Enjoy nibbles whilst Debora and Fiamma teach you all the best techniques to make your meal, and then sit down and savour all your hard work.

MAIN COURSES: Tagliatelle all'Amatriciana (Fresh handmade pasta seasoned with crunchy pork cheek and tomato sauce), Cavatelli (Stuffed pasta with carbonara sauce)
