Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors, this class is designed for anyone with a passion for delicious food, having fun, and learning something new.
Compose creamy layers of bitter-sweet flavor in traditional tiramisù. You will start by assembling scrumptious layers of smooth cream, rich coffee, and sweet cocoa.
While the tiramisù settles, you will mix, kneed, and roll out our fresh handmade pasta before infusing it with our favorite seasonal flavors. Vibrant pumpkin tortellini in the autumn, light coils of fettuccine dressed in eggplant in the summer, and succulent ravioli dumplings stuffed with rich, creamy ricotta di pecora… well, essentially any time of the year! Sprinkle on a selection of sumptuous Italian cheeses and your mouth-watering meal is ready to be eaten! Celebrate with friendly, festive company and a perfect selection of red and white wines and soft drinks.
