The simplest yet most exquisite way to discover the tastes of Tuscany is with Poggio ai Laghi lunch. You'll learn and gain an understanding of the wine-making process in an enjoyable, entertaining, and accessible format that will expand one’s knowledge of wine and Tuscan culture. Conducted by wine experts who share your passion for wine.
A three-course meal prepared exclusively by our chef that will inspire your palate. During your lunch, you will learn and appreciate the intricacies involved in the wine-making process, and go home with not only a full stomach but an advanced knowledge of Italian wine and culture.
The experience includes:
• Appetizers: Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, bruschetta with Parmigiano Reggiano, Tuscan salame, finocchiona and pecorino cheese
• First course: Penne al ragù or Penne al pomodoro
• Second course: Arista with roasted potatoes Dessert: Cantuccini
