- Take your voucher with you (printed or electronic) and show it at the Doge di Venezia desk in order to be allowed on board
- In particular weather conditions (for example in case of fog) or adverse weather conditions, the service may not be regular and the tour may be suspended
- The boat will depart promptly at the end of each stop, so make sure to take note of the times communicated on board and be ready to depart on time
