The pickup counter is located in the Domestic Terminal at the 1F "Global WiFi x NINJA WiFi" counter. Hours are from 8.00am to 6.00pm
You can return your device at any of the counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 and T2), Haneda (T2 and T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 and T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery. Please contact the local operator to change your return location. You will find the contact details on your voucher after booking
You will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router. Extra fees will be charged for extensions, late returns, and lost devices
If you use more than 3GB in one day, you may notice slower speeds or even a temporary loss of connection
