You'll have the opportunity to create your own ramen from scratch, and savour your handmade ramen with your host. Begin by familiarizing yourself with the tools and ingredients before diving into the cooking process. Choose from four types of ramen including broths made from soy sauce, chicken and even clams. Boil the ramen, prepare the soup, assemble, and add toppings.
