During this tour, while walking through the city, you'll see the traditional Japanese storehouses, called kura. Three hundred years ago there were more than fifty distilleries in this Japanese city. Therefore, you'll definitely be in the right place to learn about the tradition of sake and its different varieties. You'll go to an old winery and tour its rooms to discover how sake is produced.
