Growing up as the child of the owners of a generation-spanning ramen store, he has become an unparalleled expert in all things ramen. Join Hiroshi and visit some of his favourite ramen restaurants with the best noodles in town. Enjoy ramen from two places, including a heartier and lighter version of the famous dish. With Hiroshi's deep knowledge of the world of ramen, he can accommodate your specific tastes and dietary concerns. All you need to do is enjoy.
