Japanese Cuisine Sakura restaurant consists of four sections: "Kaiseki", "Tempura", "Sushi", and "Teppanyaki". You can enjoy dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients in a sukiya-style restaurant overlooking a lush green Japanese garden and savor the ultimate course with unrivaled Kobe beef, lobster, abalone, foie gras, and other luxurious ingredients, as well as appetizers created by the chef.

More specifically, the menu includes:

・Pumpkin sesame bean curd with autumn squid and Chinese ink caviar

・Three pieces of seasonal sashimi

・Teppanyaki: foie gras, date pancake, persimmon and fig

・Teppanyaki: lobster with Japanese sambal sauce

・Teppanyaki: abalone with ravigotte sauce

・Healthy salad with organic vegetables directly from the farm

・Main course: Kobe beef A4 loin 80g

・Gen soba noodles with wasabi, white sesame seeds and leek

・Autumn flavor verrine from Ibaraki Prefecture: Pear, Cheinmuscat, Earl's melon
