Just a minute's walk from Shijo-Kawaramachi Station, in the heart of Kyoto's bustling district, you'll find a restaurant offering an exceptional sushi experience. Fresh, high-quality sushi is served on a friendly conveyor belt for your convenience. The tuna here is sourced from a renowned wholesaler that supplies upscale sushi shops across the country.
You're savour "Aka Shari", made with red vinegared rice. A variety of sushi not typically found at other establishments, such as kobujime, abalone, and other seasonal ingredients, are carefully prepared for each guest.
You can choose between option 1: regular nigiri 10-piece set - medium fatty tuna, lean tuna, white fish nigiri (3 pieces), horse mackerel, steamed shrimp, squid, homemade simmered eel, kohada, red miso soup, steamed egg custard, mini ice cream.
Option 2: premium nigiri 10-piece set, fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, white fish nigiri (2 Pieces), seasonal sushi, Japanese tiger prawn, squid, homemade simmered eel, kohada, sea urchin, red miso soup, steamed egg custard, mini ice cream.
