Set off on an exploration of Mount Fuji to soak in the best of Japan's natural wonders.

Begin at New Tsurgaya climbing the 397 steps for a picture-perfect view of the Five-storied Pagoda, Mount Fuji, and the townscape. Revel in the seasonal beauty, from cherry blossoms to snow-capped winter vistas.

Next, visit the clear springs of Oshino Hakkai at Fuji's base, formed from filtered snowmelt. These pools, cherished as national monuments, offer a serene view of sparkling water set against the grandeur of Mount Fuji. Enjoy a complimentary Japanese grass cake accompanied by the crisp spring water.

In summer, Oishi Park in Kawaguchiko becomes a lavender haven, backdropped by distant Fuji, and hosts the Kawaguchiko Herb Festival with blooms from June to October. From late October to mid-November, prepare to be awed by the Maple Arch, where the snow on Mount Fuji creates a striking contrast with the fiery red maples.
