The course offers three distinct options. The first is a twelve-hour professional course, designed specifically for those in the culinary industry. While most cooking schools take a week to cover similar content, this intensive course allows you to master authentic ramen making in a single day. The second (dinner) and third options (lunch) guide you through every step involved in making ramen in four hours — from preparing the sauce and soup to selecting ingredients and making noodles.
Whether you choose to learn over lunch or dinner, these courses offer a comprehensive introduction to the art of ramen making.
