Looking to leave mainland Croatia behind and check out some of the islands dotted around Dubrovnik's coast? That's exactly what this trip is all about. You'll set sail and head to Kalamota Island, the largest of the three inhabited Elafiti Islands. It may be the biggest, but that doesn't mean you should expect hustle and bustle – around 200 people call this place home.
You'll kickstart your day with a laidback sailing from Gruz Harbour to Kalamota Island, across a smooth patch of the Adriatic Sea. When you arrive, you'll follow your guide on a stroll across the island that takes you along lanes lined with fig trees and past vineyards.
Your finish line is the TUI BLUE Kalamota Resort, where a buffet lunch will be waiting in one of the hotel's restaurants, Villa Ruza. Fresh fish, barbecued meats, seasonal veg – it's all on the table here. You'll have around three hours of free time to enjoy at the hotel, so make sure to put your feet up, relax and enjoy the seaside scenery – bring a swimming costume with you and you can even go for a dip, too.
