Get ready to discover the Laotian natural landscape on this full-day tour with an expert local guide.
Meet your guide in Luang Prabang and start your itinerary by boat up the orange-colored waters of the Mekong River to the Pak Ou Caves. Get ready to discover the caves that host hundreds of statues of Buddha left by devotees and learn more about the tradition with your guide. On your way, you'll stop at a riverside village to see weavers working on ancient looms before returning to town.
Continue your tour by discovering the Laotian textiles by visiting the East Meets West Living Crafts Center, located on the Mekong River. Don't miss the opportunity to learn about the project called Ock Pop Tok to empower Laotian women through high-quality artisanal weaving. After visiting the center, you'll taste a traditional lunch in a local restaurant.
On the last part of the tour, you'll travel south to the Kuang Si waterfall where you'll admire the crystal-clear water cascading into idyllic turquoise pools and, if you desire get ready to dip and enjoy a bath!
