You will admire the Koutoubia Mosque, one of Marocco's largest, in the center of Marrakech was built in 1158 by the Almohads. Listen as your guide offers insight into the mosque’s role in Marrakech society today and gain insight into the ancient religion of Islam.
Continue your visit to Bahia Palace also known as the "Palace of Beauty", and one of the most admired and visited buildings in Marrakech. You will be amazed by all the colors that you will find during your visit!
Head onward with your guide to the impressive Saadian Tombs, a 16th-century chamber where members of the Saadian family dynasty are buried.
After lunch (own expense) at one of the city’s traditional restaurants or cafe of your choice dive into the hustle and bustle of Marrakech’s famous souks. Explore the stalls at your leisure and perhaps pick up a souvenir or two of your visit.
