With this tour you will enjoy a unique fishing experience on the fjord.
The traditional wooden Åfjordsboat and its local captain will sail you out on the Trondheimsfjord, a route on which you will see the particular architecture of the Brattøra bay, as well as the old fortress on the Island of the Monks Munkholmen.
Fishing equipment will be provided, and the guide will be happy to instruct you how to use it if you are fishing for the first time. While fishing, one may tell each other old stories about life at sea, drink warm fisherman's coffee or tea and appreciate the beautiful nature. Fishing has always been an important part of the Norwegian culture, which you will get to know at first hand. Be sure not to miss this authentic, cozy fishing trip - a great catch might be waiting for you!

- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes ahead of the departure time
- This tour operates with a maximum of 8 people
- Kindly note that you additionaly purchase and add 1 or 2 extra hours to your trip through the calendar
- Dressing according to the weather is recommended as this is an outdoor experience
- The tour runs rain or shine as long as the conditions are safe. Warm blankets are available on board for your comfort
- In case the tour won't run due to extreme weather conditions, minimum number of participants or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed in advance and you will receive an option to reschedule or a full refund
- This private tour can be cancelled up to 1 week before departure with a full refund (potential transaction fees may be deducted). For cancellations less than 1 week before departure 50% of the price can be refunded (potential transaction fees may be deducted). Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-show cases will be charged the full price. Cancellations should be in writing
