Your adventure begins in Panama City, from where you'll travel to Puerto Corotú within the Chagres National Park. Here, you'll board a traditional canoe and sail across Lake Alajuela, followed by a hike through the dense jungle leading to a waterfall - an ideal spot for a refreshing swim, depending on the lake's level.

The highlight of your trip will be visiting the Parara Purú community. You'll learn about their traditions, arts, and dance rituals, as well as visit their school and museum. Enjoy a communal lunch with the villagers, and later, sway to the rhythm of their traditional instruments.
