Begin your experience in Benagil beach, where your instructor will show you the techniques to enjoy the tour in a safe way. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced paddleboarder, you'll be able to stand up or sit on the board and start a relaxing tour of the Benagil caves.
Follow your local guide and stop to explore from 6 to 8 caves and rock formations. Don't miss the chance to disembark and admire the caves from inside, learn more about their formation, identify fossils and, discover the sea life and geology of this unique natural environment.
