Get ready to discover the protected area of Lagoa do Fogo, a crater lake within the Água de Pau Massiv volcano located in central São Miguel.
On this half-day tour, you'll explore some little-known routes in the highlands and plains, taking you to the incredible nature reserve of Lagoa do Fogo from Ponta Delgada. You'll be able to select whether to explore this area, early in the morning or in the afternoon. Accompanied by a professional guide, get ready to enjoy a jeep ride until reaching this natural reserve. Don't miss the opportunity to admire one of the most untouched places on the island of São Miguel, where, you'll be able to feel the power of nature, which created an incredible lagoon in a volcanic crater. The tour will continue in Caldeira Velha, a cascade of hot water rich in iron, where you'll have the opportunity to relish a relaxing bath surrounded by a lush forest.
