Whale and dolphin watching tour from São Miguel
Get ready to discover the fauna of the Azores islands. On this 3-hour boat trip, you'll have the opportunity to see some of the 28 species of cetaceans that have already been identified in the waters of the Azores, as well as turtles, birds, and other marine species.
This experience will begin in Ponta Delgada, where before departing, the biologists will share with you some details about the species of cetaceans that you'll see, the rules of observation at the sea, as well as some safety measures onboard. Once on the water to sit back, relax, and enjoy the landscape of São Miguel Island, and prepare yourself to admire the wildlife of the area. During the trip, the biologists will explain to you the different species that live in this area. Don't miss the opportunity to observe them and take pictures once they'll start showing up!
