Enjoy a tour to the highest railway station in Europe. Travel up 9 kilometers of which 7 are in tunnels. Spot the Eiger and Mönch mountains and Eismeer.
The Jungfrau Railway dates back to 1912 and is with a location at 3454 meters above sea level the highest railway station in Europe. The cog railway brings you from Kleine Scheidegg station to the Jungfraujoch. There will be a short 5-minute stop at Eismeer here you can admire a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. After the nine-kilometer journey, you'll step into a world of rock, ice, and snow.
This journey ticket starts at Interlaken and includes a roundtrip journey.

Know in advance:
- The QR code you'll receive after booking is your ticket, no need to exchange it. Just board the train
- The total train ride is around 90 minutes
- It is recommended to plan a minimum of 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours for a self-tour on top
- This ticket is valid for a train ride from Interlaken East - Grindelwald Terminal - Eigergletscher - Jungfraujoch and back
- Children under the age of 6 can join for free and do not require a ticket
- Check the timetable and operating hours before booking
Don't forget to bring:
- Warm clothes, winter/snowproof footwear, suncream, and sunglasses
