Explore Ljubljana’s finest mountain biking trails on a 4-hour biking tour. Escape the city to enjoy cool forested areas and off-road single-track trails.
Your ride will begin the very heart of Ljubljana, an area surrounded with beautiful greenery, just around the corner of the busy city center. Follow the Ljubljanica River and take a break from the concrete as the forest trail takes us up to a nearby hill. You will arrive in the village of Orle, from where you will descend down a smooth single trail to the ancient Church of St. Urh.
Head up one more hill to reach the Golovec ridge before returning to Ljubljana on a scenic gravel trail through budding farm fields.

- The tour goes on some slightly more technical terrain, perfect for those seeking a bit of adrenaline
- Minimum of 2 participants are required at booking
- Maximum of 8 guests per guide
- You must be at least 11 years old to join this tour
- The tour is flexible and it can be adjusted to your preferences, skills and fitness levels
- Children are also welcome as long as they can cycle independently
- In case of bad weather, you will be kindly suggested a different tour or date. If the offered alternative does not work, you will receive a full refund for the tour
What should you wear/bring:
- It is important that your clothes are comfortable
- Please make sure to wear appropriate sport shoes with good grip
- It is recommended that you also have some warmer and windproof clothing with you as the temperature can drop or in case of cold wind
- You can always leave excess clothes in the van after consulting with our guide
- Bring enough water, some snacks and sunscreen or other sun protection inside a small backpack
