- Access to the venue will be through the scanning of the DNI or Passport of all the visitors. For this reason, the DNI or passport must be the ORIGINAL and the SAME that they provided when making the reservation
- Tickets are nominative. Alhambra staff will verify this information. If it is not the same, the Alhambra staff will not allow you access to the monument. - It is non-refundable if you do not show up for the visit, arrive late or do not bring the original passport or DNI with which the reservation was made
- The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility problems
- If you arrive late you will lose your tour and you will only be able to access on your own with the tickets, in the areas that the schedule still allows
