Beskrivelse
Discover rural Zanzibar and the beauty of the island while going on an adventurous Quad biking tour (Quad type: Can Ams 450cc). First you will receive a safety instruction briefing at the Quad base, before you will gear up, learn the Quad basics and start your half day adventure either as a solo driver or with a companion.
The journey will take you to unspoilt lands that cannot be reached by car and through rice fields and sugar cane plantations. You will get the opportunity to experience authentic rural life while visiting a local village and get in touch with the Zanzibaris.
The tour is escorted by a local English speaking guide who will share some interesting stories about Zanzibar and its culture along the way. Stops are made for you to take photos or just stretch your legs.

Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- This tour includes hotel pickup from the North and North-East coast hotels which include the areas of Pwani Mchangani, Kiwengwa, Matemwe, Kendwa and Nungwi. An additional transport fee applies if you stay in other areas in Zanzibar: 120 USD (minimum 2 people) to be paid in cash on-site
Know in advance:
- Please note, minimum age for drivers is 18 years old and a valid driver license is required
- Each quad can have 1 or 2 passengers (prices are per vehicle)
- Please indicate your accommodation name and location during checkout and contact the local operator at least 48 hours before the tour to schedule your pickup time
Remember to bring:
- It is recommended to wear long trousers, comfortable shoes, a sunhat, sunscreen and sunglasses
