Once you've mastered the fundamentals, the instructor will become your boxing partner. This one-on-one interaction will refine your technique and enhance your understanding of the sport.
Muay Thai is often referred to as 'The Art of Eight Limbs', due to its combination of elbows, fists, knees, and shins in various clinching techniques. This intricate blend of movements makes it a fascinating discipline to learn and master.
