Your ticket is only valid for the tour at the booked time. You cannot board an earlier tour
There are three rotating ships operating in a 30-minute cycle, but only two of them belong to the local operator of this tour. If you arrive too early, you may see a ship from another company at the pier. This is nothing to worry about: After it departs, one of your ships, "Carola" or "Franziska", will arrive at the pier
