- The reduced ticket is valid for guests aged 65 and over, pregnant guests and guests with disabilities with a GdB of less than 100
- Infants (age 0-3) get free admission
- The ticket is only valid for the chosen date
- Some of the attractions and skill games in the park are coin-operated and have an additional cost that is not included in the ticket price

- Single attractions of the park might be closed for maintenance, repair works, or force majeure. No claim for full or partial reimbursement of the ticket price arises from that
- Hours vary from 10.00am to 6.00pm; 7.00pm or 10.00pm (in some cases until 5.00pm). Please check the actual opening times on the partner's website before going to the venue
- Please note not all rides are suited for all visitors
