Discover with the Segway a whole new perspective of the city and its surroundings. Along the famous Philosophers Walk you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the city and the Heidelberg castle. The Philosophers Walk is actually a real insider tip. The reason is that you get the best view of the castle! When you see this enormous castle ruins you definitely also want to see it from close.
You will depart in front of the tourist service at the Neckarmünzplatz and drive along the river Neckar. You will cross the Theodor Heuss bridge and head toward Neuenheim, to visit the local market place. The tour continues along the cycle path in the direction of the zoo and the Neuenheimer Feld, with its impressive university and hospital buildings. After that, you will see the districts Handschuhsheim and Neuenheim, while driving along the Philosophers Walk. The tour will end at the point of departure.
