Enjoy a complete New Year’s Eve program, with a magnificent 5-course gala dinner, unlimited drinks, raffle games and much more! Watch a Folklore Performance during cruising, listen to the amazing salon music or dance to the live DJ show until dawn if you feel like it.

Menu "A": Blue cheese butter with herbs, mini buns, liver terrine with red onion chutney infused w/ plum pálinka, french onion soup made using sauvignon blanc reduction and parmesan cheese, poultry soufflé with game sauce, cranberries, bird salad, sous-vide sirloin beef steak w/ mushroom sauce and French potato gratin, yaiserschmarnn with homemade jam
Menu "B": Blue cheese butter with herbs, mini buns, liver terrine with red onion chutney infused w/ plum pálinka, french onion soup made using sauvignon blanc reduction and parmesan cheese, poultry soufflé with game sauce, cranberries, bird salad, chicken breast supreme with mushroom sauce, French gratin potatoes, kaiserschmarnn with homemade jam
