Commence with a delicious smoothie and muffin at a comfortable riverside lounge in the center of Hoi An. Then, hop on your scooter to start exploring. You'll drive past the old town to Cam Nam Island to visit a local ship repair yard to see the hard work involved in maintaining a local fishing boat. Plus, discover the special connection Hoi An people have with the ocean and river.
Next, whilst driving through a local village and picturesque countryside, admire the local houses. Plus, speak to those making important local products such as rice crackers, shoes, and lanterns. A stop overlooking Hoi An Ancient Town and the Thu Bon River is included too. Learn about the nickname monkey bridges and laugh at the joke that only monkeys can cross them.
