Late/early surcharge from 10 pm to 5 am: 10/12/16 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (pay to transfer operator)
Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

Know in advance:

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge.
At checkout, please provide your pickup date and time, number of people, pickup and drop-off point, flight number, full name of all passengers, and year of birth of all passengers
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
The driver normally speaks Vietnamese; other languages are available upon request with a surcharge
An English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7
Waiting time: for international flights - 90 minutes; for domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
