- Drop-off and departure point from Ba Na Hills is at Ticket Counter at Sun World Ba Na Hills
- Please reach the meeting point 10 minutes before your l pick-up time
- If you would like to be picked up or dropped off at your designated hotel's address, please inform the operator 14 hours before departure
- Customers who choose to be picked up or dropped off at Hoi An Old Town, the customer would be transferred by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car from the bus stop if the transfer falls into 11:00 am - 1pm and 4pm - 10pm
- Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking
- Shuttle can have up to 16 seaters
- This activity is a shared transfer, therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic and/or weather conditions
- The operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to reconfirm your travel details
